For many years Xylos has collaborated in close partnership with market leaders Altiris (Symantec) and Microsoft in the field of deployment. By using Altiris Client Management Suite or Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, all implementations can be largely automated and centralised, turning the entire process into one that is a lot cheaper, more uniform and controllable.
It leads to a successful implementation in a fully standardised desktop environment with a uniform workstation for all users. Standardisation immediately achieves cost-savings and increases the quality of service to the business. Any desktop that has implemented Client Management Suite or Configuration Manager technology, can be managed from a centrally-managed web console, using functions such as remote control, software distribution, automatic inventory and the restore local data function.
