In the beginning of 2008, Xylos nv, supplier of high technological ICT-services, has taken, a majority share in Smart@xs, a Belgian company specializing in the development, distribution and installation or hosting of software to support marketing- and sales processes. 

Smart@xs specializes in sales and marketing supporting services and software. To realize our projects we use Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Based on our own long experience with CRM in general and as a user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM we developed a .NET-based platform to reinforce our system. 

It is with this in mind that we are looking to strenghten our team.
 
Job description:

• analyzing, developing, documenting and maintaining our present and new products in close collaboration with the CTO;
• analyzing and developing custom made functions directly for customers (.NET development based on our products);
• analyzing and configuring integrations between different systems by using the Smart@xs Connectivity© Suite;
• analyzing and integrating Telephone based environments with Microsoft Dynamics CRM by using the Smart@xs Communications;
• developing business related UI’s and controls, based on our SDK.

Profile: 

• At least one year experience with Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2003/2005 .NET environment (VB.net, C# , ASP.net, VB-script, XML, HTML, …), Visual Studio Tools for Office and SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Additional experience with SQL Server Reporting Services & ETL and Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server is a plus.
• A team player, a flexible and creative worker. 
• Proficiency, oral and written in Dutch and English as well as a basic of French.
