Smart@xs specializes in sales and marketing supporting services and software. To realize our projects we use Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Based on our own long experience with CRM in general and as a user of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we added some functionalities to reinforce our system. 

It is with this in mind that we are looking to strengthen our team. 

Job description: 

As a CRM Consultant, after the necessary training, you are responsible for the implementation of CRM solutions for end customers and partners. You work intensively together with other consultants as well as the production team. You are also strongly involved in the growth and developments of the organization. Additionally, you bring creative ideas to improve the quality of the firm. You will have a lot of freedom and responsibility. Once you are familiarized with the workings of the company, you will visit clients to assist them with implementation and service activities. 

The CRM Consultant-position is an entry-level job, aimed at introducing you to the organization, the CRM products, the customers and the partners. You have the ambition to become a senior CRM Consultant and you take initiatives to reach your goal. As a result, you will be stimulated by the company as well as by your colleagues. 

Profile: 

Strong enthusiasm for CRM or database applications and the desire to become a consultant. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an advantage. You are an Analyst Programmer or the equivalent by experience. You are passionate about information technology, a team player with the necessary communication skills and the will to take on new initiatives. You are a problem solver, and by preference, you speak French and English.
